Assalamualaikum wbt...

Pejam celik pejam celik pejam celik...dah 2 bln lebih ana di Malaysia...i hv another 3 wks to spend b4 i ll go back to Galway. One thing i realised is, Malaysia n Galway is soo different-the people, the climate(this is of coz!),how things work etc etc etc...Alhamdulillah I passed my 2nd year exam though the overall mark down for abt 2%.I remembered kak Sarinah once told me her result went down by 2% by year...i hope my mark will not go down nxt year and of coz i want it to go up! =)
(this means change of studying strategy and work harder and not to be forgotten, smarter). My dad got diabetes and he has to change his menu-goodbye to rice and say welcome to wholemeal bread and plain water only! The funny thing is, my brother n sister also kind of skip rice for meals and change to bread and oat sometimes (my dad has succesfully influence them to forget how delicious rice is to bread and oats-foods they don't usually touch) But, I still love rice coz this 3 months hols is the only time I have to eat delicious and mouth-watering Malaysian food my mom cooks.(that's why i think i ve put on weight again...oh no.huhu.)
On the 31st of July-2nd of August, my family and I went to A Famosa Resort, Malacca. My dad rented a villa with private swimming pool there and I received 3 days and 2 nights intensive swimming lesson course from my mom,sis and brothers. And, alhamdulillah, I managed to overcome my fear to water(afraid of drowning myself!). Next things in my list are-archery and shooting. But I still have to improve my swimming skill. The night before we went to Malacca, my thought was pre-occupied with worriness and anxious bcoz Malacca is flooded with H1N1 cases and days before that a 20 year old girl worked at her family's small reastaurant died from the flu. I got sicked on the last day at Malacca-fever, flu and asthma. Alhamdulillah I'm out of it now and alhamdulillah they re just normal fever and flu. Alhamdulillah~

Bismillahirrahmanirrahim...

Alhamdulillah, skrg ana tgh bercuti di Malaysia for 3 months. Exam tamat 8hb May,tp 29hb May barulah ana pulang ke Malaysia di atas sbb2 yg x dpt dielakkan. Tamatlah sudah 2 terms ana di NUIG. Sepanjang 2 terms ini, ana rasa sgt2 tertekan for many reasons. Somehow alhamdulillah, I can get through the exams even though at that time, I was very stressful(even my lecturer can see the tension from my face). This time, I took my flight from Galway airport so I won't feel very tired from travelling in a bus from Galway to Dublin/Shannon airport. From Galway, I flew to Manchester airport. At Manhester airport I spent about 8 hours waiting for my next flight(Emirates) to KLIA,Malaysia. It wasn't so bad waiting at the Manchester airport lounge plus I have my friends Sanja and kak Hanusya with me. We chatted, laughed at our own jokes, looking at people around us and the best thing is, we got to know each other better. (my mood lift up ^ ^ ) We transitted at Dubai International airport-so tired because have to line up in a very long queue for security check. I met Adilah & few Malaysian students I don't know at the airport. During my flight from Dubai to KLIA, a British guy sat beside me(I forgot to ask for his name). We chatted a lot about various things-Irish drinking habit, Malaysia =) , Kuala Lumpur, our families, how I-a Muslim(minority population) survive in Galway etc... One thing I discover is, not all non-Muslims love drinking. Many don't like it esp when it can do ur body very badly. And, the sad thing I discover is, even non-Muslims know many Muslims/Melayu also drink n even drink more than themselves. The guy has been living in Malaysia for quite a long time and so, he used to the sight of Malays enjoyed themselves at night club.
Talking about alcohol, I asked my friend, Sanja about alcohol-brands?types?the taste?how to detect if there s alcohol put in a food? our Irish classmates and their drinking habits, going to their parties etc. (well,I was thinking I should know more for my own knowledge)
"Types:beer, wine, vodka, brandy, whisky, martini(has another meaning-> let's party!) sherry, spirits, liqueurs, gin, etc. Beer is added with lime/other taste. The popular brands for beer are Guiness and Heineken. Wines and sherry are always added in Chinese&Western foods. Others with high alcohol content taste very bitter. Foods added with alcohol like wines & sherry smell bitter(I m x sure how the smell is exactly.she describes it as bitter). As a Muslim, I m very careful with the food I bought. For example, tiramisu and cheesecake r always added with wines. Fruits pastry most probably added with wines in order to preserve the fruits. Cakes, western and chinese foods are always added with wines to increase the taste. If ana rasa ragu2 dgn makanan tu, ana x beli. -The easiest way is to ask the person who made it if you can.
I think it s strange for ppl to addict to alcohol. Some even drink spirits which is very3x bitter(due to its very high alcohol content) at one shot! This drinking habit has already become a custom to citizens of the world.(can't just say to non-muslims only as many muslims also drink). Some people are drinking only during social gatherings. It s the same with smoking. It s a custom already n we used to it though it s a bad thing...

“What is happeing now in Gaza is not between the Muslim and the Jews; nor it is between Islam and Judaism; but it is a case between the oppressed (Palestinians) and the oppressor (Zionists)!”

“The oppresors are not only the Zionists; Bush and the European leaders; the oppressors also include MUBARAK!, ABBAS!, THE SAUDI ROYAL FAMILY!”

“An the good news is, They are all coming down!!! They are all coming down!!!”

Supporting Palestinians: Emotions Are Not Enough

By Living Shari`ah Staff

Islam lays out, for those who believe in it, great principles that strengthen the bond between Muslims all around the world, preserves their unity, and protects their dignity. Among these principles is to have concern about the affairs and anxieties of other Muslims.

Almighty Allah says,

(Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah; those with him are forceful against the disbelievers, merciful among themselves. You see them bowing and prostrating (in prayer), seeking bounty from Allah and (Allah's) pleasure.) (Al-Fath48: 29)

Allah describes the believers as being brothers. He says, (The believers are but brothers) (Al-Hujurat 49:10).

Brotherhood in Islam is based on faith and respect. It is a brotherhood that exists between a large number of people who share the same beliefs and religious identity. Allah says:

(And He has brought their hearts together. If you had spent all that was in the Earth, you would not have brought their hearts together) (Al-Anfal 8:63 ).

Being concerned about your brothers is not an emotional reaction whereby one expresses only sympathetic feelings without any practical constructive steps that reflect real concern. In other words, it is not enough that a Muslim feels sorrow and sheds tears of regret over the afflictions of other Muslims. A Muslim must strongly condemn the crime and destruction afflicting his fellow Muslims and support them physically and spiritually in order to release them from the nightmare they live through until they retrieve their rights.

This would make the afflicted Muslims feel that they are supported by those who truly fulfill the rights of brotherhood and practically implement the words of Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) when he said, "A faithful believer to a faithful believer is like the bricks of a wall, enforcing each other." While (saying that), the Prophet clasped his hands by interlacing his fingers (Al-Bukhari).

Tolerating Humiliation for Provision

One of the principles that Islam stresses is that a Muslim must not accept humiliation, nor should he or she tolerate being enslaved to other humans because Allah honored him, promised him support, and has entrusted him to convey His message. Almighty Allah says, (Faint not nor grieve, for you will overcome them if you are (indeed) believers.) (Aal `Imran 3:139).

And also:

(And to Allah belongs the might and to His Messenger and to the believers, but the hypocrites do not know.) (Al-Munafiqun 63:8)

Allah reserved provision and death in His hands so that Muslims would not humble themselves to other creatures, (Indeed it is Allah Who is the (continual) Provider, the Possessor of firm strength) (Adh-Dhariyat 51:58).

People are only a means to deliver whatever Allah decreed for each person from provision, rank, position, or any other worldly benefit. No one will die without consuming all of what was decreed for him, as narrated by `Abdullah ibn Mas`ud (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "I was inspired that no soul would die until it consumes all its provisions and time" (Tabarani and Hakim).

Rib`iy ibn `Amir, one of the Companions, entered into the palace of one of the great leaders of the Persians during the Islamic conquest. The Persian leader asked him, "What brings you to us?" The Companion answered courageously and with pride,

Allah sent us to rescue whomever He wants from being slaves to other humans to being slaves to Him, to get them out of their hardships of life to the simplicity and happiness of this life and the Hereafter, and to deliver them from the injustice of other religions to the justice of Islam.

Pillars of Victory

One of the principles that Islam guides its followers to assume is perseverance and endurance because it is the provision of the Muslim at the time of adversity and hardship. It brings tranquility and makes a Muslim content with the decree of Allah. `Umar ibn Al-Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him) said, "We experienced the best of life when we endured and persevered." `Ali ibn Abi Talib (may Allah be pleased with him) said, "The relationship between perseverance and faith is like the relationship between the head and the body" until he said, "The faith of he who does not persevere is incomplete."

Allah has clearly stated that He will test us. He did not stop at that but He also informed us of what we need in order to pass the test or trial. Almighty Allah says, (And We will most certainly try you with somewhat of fear and hunger and loss of property and lives and fruits; and give good news to the patient.) ( Al-Baqarah 2:155).

Therefore, patience and perseverance are integral part of faith. All prophets of Allah had serious problems while disseminating words of God, Allah even tested some of them with calamities but they all persevered and exercised patience. Allah, the Most Merciful and Compassionate, stresses the importance of patience and perseverance in the following verses:

(And be steadfast in patience; for verily Allah will not suffer the reward of the righteous to perish.) (Hud11:115)

(Say: O my servants who believe! be careful of (your duty to) your Lord; for those who do good in this world is good, and Allah's earth is spacious; only the patient will be paid back their reward in full without measure!) (Az-Zumar 39:10)

Muslims have been undergoing trials and hardships throughout history. This is especially the case for the Palestinian people who went through great hardships affecting their persons, wealth, homes, and livelihoods.

Watching Silently

What is happening to the Palestinian people represents the worst type of oppression, transgression, and tyranny. The shocking thing, though, is that the oppressor is succeeding in covering up his crimes behind the veil of "self-defense" and "the protection of culture." His tyranny manifests itself in the form of seizing people's properties and attacking the sacred places: Al-Masjid Al-Aqsa - the first qiblah, the second masjid ever built, and the third in rank of virtue after the two Sacred Mosques of Makkah and Madinah. People's blood on this blessed land is being spilled, people are being murdered and their bodies mutilated.

The land itself is attacked day and night. They destroy homes and leave the owners homeless suffering in the severely cold weather, sleeping on the hard ground, and having no cover except the clouds in the sky. All they can do is raise their hands to the sky asking the All-Powerful to terminate the aggression that they face.

The aggressors also chop down fruitful trees that decorate and beautify the area with its flowers and leaves.

On top of this, there is a siege around the cities and villages, the intensity of which has astonished almost every decent man who still have a living conscious. Furthermore, the demolishing of various institutions has taken place in order to destroy the infrastructure, which results in the dissolving of the Palestinian identity. All of this happens while the international community and human rights organizations are looking on and the Arabs and Muslims are in shameful silence.

In Islam, Palestine is a land of faith and Muslims must always remember that in reality, this is a battle between belief and disbelief, as in the hadith narrated by Maymoonah bint Sa`d when she asked the Prophet (blessings be upon him) about Jerusalem, he said, "It is the land where humankind will be resurrected and gathered together, seek prayers in it (i.e. Al-Masjid Al-Aqsa) because each prayer in it counts as one thousand in other masjids." She asked, "What if one cannot reach it or finds difficulty reaching it?" He replied, "Let them send oil to be used in its lanterns as a gift, because the one who sends a gift to it is just like one who prayed in it" (Ahmad and Ibn Majah).

Indeed, the issue of Palestine is a vital one for all Arabs and Muslims. It is their duty to shoulder the responsibility of this historical and doctrinal Islamic place. It is a great trust and an inseparable part of the Muslim land that none has the right to surrender, not even the tiniest portion of it. Muslims are obliged to defend it with all their power. They must regard defending it and its people an incumbent Islamic obligation. Every Muslim will be questioned about his or her efforts and role regarding this on the Day of Judgment, the day when neither wealth nor children will avail, when only he or she who comes with a sound and clean heart (clean from polytheism and hypocrisy) will be successful.

It is a great sin to allow even a hand-span of Muslim land to be occupied by the enemies of Islam, or that their women, wealth, or sacred places be attacked. This being the case, then how great a sin is it that the entire land of Palestine is occupied?

We should support our brothers and sisters in Palestine with money and medicine, and aid them through all legal means. Let us at least show our protest and objection against what is going on. One wonders how it is forbidden to talk about the holocaust in Europe while a holocaust is committed against the Palestinians who have no army, no food, and no medical supplies.

Muslim scholars should come together in condemning these massacres or holocausts and revive the sense of shame in people's mind against what is going on and awaken them and all free people in the world to stand against it, not only by words but also by action.

When Will Palestine Be Back?

Palestine and Al-Masjid Al-Aqsa will be freed when we put our differences aside, unite together and become true and caring brothers. Defeat is the result of disunity and disagreement between the hearts and unity is the key to victory.

Allah grants victory for His pious slaves; victory will come when Muslims become truthful and sincere to Allah, rely only on Him fully, and supplicate to Him.

It will come when we abandon what some people are uttering that "The only way to salvation is to beg the 'powerful' countries." Allah says, (And (you will obtain) another (favor) that you love: victory from Allah and an imminent conquest; and give good tidings to the believers) (As-Saff 61:13).

Palestine will be back when we become like our pious predecessors who clung to the blessings of Allah upon them, especially the correct `aqeedah (creed) and the noble manners. They took hold of those prescribed reasons which made them the best of nations ever raised for mankind, and thereby deserved through this, the victory of Allah. He who is unable to change even himself, will not be able to change his family, not to mention changing the Ummah. And Almighty Allah says:

(This is because Allah has never changed a favor which He has conferred upon a people until they change their own condition; and because Allah is Hearing, Knowing.) (Al-Anfal 8: 53 ).

When the Night Equals a Thousand
By Muhammad Alshareef, courtesy of www.SuccessInIslam. com

It was narrated that in the days that Musa alayhis salaam
wandered with Bani Israeel in the desert, an intense
drought befell them. Together, they raised their hands
towards the heavens praying for the blessed rain to come.
Then, to the astonishment of Musa alayhis salaam and all
those watching, the few scattered clouds that were in the
sky vanished, the heat poured down, and the drought
intensified.

It was revealed to Musa that there was a sinner amongst the
tribe of Bani Israeel who had disobeyed Allah subhaanahu wa
ta `aala for more than forty years of his life. "Let
him separate himself from the congregation, " Allah
subhaanahu wa ta `aala told Musa alayhis salaam. "Only
then shall I shower you all with rain."

Musa alayhis salaam then called out to the throngs of
humanity, "There is a person amongst us who has disobeyed
Allah for forty years. Let him separate himself from the
congregation and only then shall we be rescued from the
drought."

That man waited, looking left and right, hoping that
someone else would step forward, but no one did. Sweat
poured forth from his brow and he knew that he was the one.
The man knew that if he stayed amongst the congregation all
would die of thirst and that if he stepped forward he would
be humiliated for all eternity.

He raised his hands with a sincerity he had never known
before, with humility he had never tasted, and as tears
poured down on both cheeks he said, "O Allah, have mercy
on me! O Allah, hide my sins! O Allah, forgive me!"

As Musa alayhis salaam and the people of Bani Israeel waited for the sinner to step forward, the clouds hugged the sky and the rain poured. Musa alayhi salaam asked Allah subhaanahu wa ta ‘aala, “O Allah, you blessed us with rain even though the sinner did not come forward.”

And Allah subhaanahu wa ta ‘aala replied, “O Musa, it is for the repentance of that very person that I blessed all of Bani Israeel with water.”

Musa alayhis salaam, wanting to know who this blessed man was, asked, “Show him to me O Allah!”

Allah subhaanahu wa ta ‘aala replied, “O Musa, I hid his sins for forty years, do you think that after his repentance I shall expose him?”

PART II

Ibn Jareer narrates on the authority of Mujaahid, that there was a man from Bani Israeel who used to spend the night in prayer. Then during the day he would fight the enemy in the way of Allah until the evening and he did this for a thousand months. And so Allah revealed:

Verily, We have sent it (the Qur’an) down in the Night of Al-Qadr (the Night of Destiny or the Night of Power). / And what will make you know what the Night of Al-Qadr is? / The Night of Al-Qadr is better than a thousand months (i.e. worshipping Allah this night is better than worshipping Him a thousand months) (Al-Qadr 97/1-3).

Allah subhaanahu wa ta ‘aala revealed the Qur’an in the most blessed month – the month of Ramadan. And on the 27th night of this month comes the Night of Al-Qadr (Laylatul Qadr), which is better than a thousand months. On the authority of Mujaahid, Sufyaan Ath-Thawree reports that Laylatul Qadr being better than a thousand months means that the good deeds performed on it, fasting on it, and standing in prayer on it are better than a thousand months worth of good deeds, prayer and fasting.

It is reported from Abu Hurayrah that when the month of Ramadan came, the Messenger of Allah said:

“The month of Ramadan has come, a blessed month in which Allah has made it obligatory for you to fast; in it the gates of Paradise are opened and the gates of Hell are closed and the devils are chained. In it is a night better than a thousand months, whoever loses the benefit of it has lost something irreplaceable” (Imam Ahmad and An-Nasaa'i).

It is reported on the authority of Abu Hurayrah, that Allah’s Messenger sal Allaahu alayhi wa sallam said:

“Whoever stood in prayer on Laylatul Qadr in faith and hoping for a reward from Allah, he will have all of his previous sins forgiven” (Bukhari and Muslim).

This one night surpasses the value of 30,000 nights. The sincere believer who worries day and night about his sins and phases of neglect in his life, patiently awaits the onset of Ramadan. During it, he hopes to be forgiven by Allah subhaanahu wa ta’aala for past sins, knowing that the Prophet sal Allaahu alayhi wa sallam promised that all who bow down during the last ten days shall have all their sins forgiven. To achieve this, the believer remembers the Prophet sal Allaahu alayhi wa sallam’s advice in different sayings wherein he used words like ‘seek’, ‘pursue’, ‘search’ and ‘look hard’ for Laylatul Qadr.

Laylatul Qadr is the most blessed night. A person who misses it has indeed missed a great amount of good. The mu‘min should search for it in the last ten nights of Ramadan, passing the nights in worship and obedience. For those who catch the opportunity, their gift is that of past sins wiped away.

The Messenger of Allah sal Allaahu alayhi wa sallam illustrated for us some of the things we should be doing on this Grand Night. From his blessed Sunnah we find the following:

Praying Qiyaam (Night Prayer):

It is recommended to make a long qiyaam prayer during the nights on which Laylatul Qadr could fall. This is indicated in many ahadith, such as:

“Whoever stands [in qiyaam] in Laylatul Qadr [and it is facilitated for him] out of faith and expectation [of Allah’s reward], will have all of his previous sins forgiven” (Bukhari and Muslim).

Making Supplications:

It is also recommended to make extensive supplications on this night. Aisha radi Allahu anha reported that she asked Allah’s Messenger sal Allaahu alayhi wa sallam:

“O Messenger of Allah! If I knew which night is Laylatul Qadr, what should I say during it?” And he instructed her to say, “Allahumma innaka ‘afuwwun tuhibbul ‘afwa fa ‘fu ‘annee – O Allah! You are forgiving, and you love forgiveness. So forgive me” (Ahmad, Ibn Majah and Tirmidhi).

Abandoning Worldly Pleasures for the Sake of Worship:

It is further recommended to spend more time in worship during the nights on which Laylatul Qadr is likely to fall. This calls for abandoning many worldly pleasures in order to secure the time and thoughts solely for worshipping Allah subhaanahu wa ta’aala. Aisha radi Allahu anha reported:

“When the [last] ten nights started, the Prophet sal Allaahu alayhi wa sallam would tighten his izhaar [i.e. he stayed away from his wives in order to have more time for worship], spend the whole night awake [in prayer], and wake up his family” (Bukhari and Muslim).

And she, radi Allahu anha, said:

“Allah’s Messenger sal Allaahu alayhi wa sallam used to exert more [in worship] on the last ten than on other nights” (Muslim).

Have we estimated Allah subhaanahu wa ta ‘aala correctly? Life is about people who take advantage of their opportunities to win the love of Allah subhaanahu wa ta’ala, and Laylatul Qadr is one of them.

Abu Darda radi Allahu anhu was one of those who found an opportunity and won that which is greater than the heavens and the earth. An adult companion of the Prophet sal Allaahu alayhi wa sallam cultivated his garden next to the property of an orphan. The orphan claimed that a specific palm tree was on his property and thus belonged to him. The companion rejected the claim, so the orphan boy went to the Messenger of Allah sal Allaahu alayhi wa sallam to complain. With his justness, the Messenger of Allah sal Allaahu alayhi wa sallam measured the two gardens and found that the palm tree did indeed belong to the companion. The orphan erupted crying. Seeing this, the Prophet sal Allaahu alayhi wa sallam asked the companion, “Would you give him the palm tree and to you is a palm tree in Jannah?” However, the companion in his disbelief that an orphan would complain to the Prophet sal Allaahu alayhi wa sallam, missed the opportunity and went away angry.

But someone else saw the opportunity – Abu Darda radi Allahu anhu. He went to the Prophet sal Allaahu alayhi wa sallam and asked, “Ya RasulAllah, if I buy the tree from him and give it to the orphan shall I have that tree in Jannah?”

The Messenger of Allah sal Allaahu alayhi wa sallam replied, “Yes.”

Abu Darda radi Allahu anhu chased after the companion and asked, “Would you sell that tree to me for my entire garden?”

The companion answered, “Take it, for there is no good in a tree that I was complained to the Prophet about.”

Immediately, Abu Darda radi Allahu anhu went home and found his wife and children playing in the garden. “Leave the garden!” shouted Abu Darda. “We’ve sold it to Allah! We’ve sold it to Allah!” Some of his children had dates in their hand and he snatched the dates from them and threw them back into the garden. “We’ve sold it to Allah!”

When Abu Darda was later martyred in the battle of Uhud, RasulAllah sal Allaahu alayhi wa sallam stood over his slain body and remarked, “How many shady palm trees does Abu Darda now have in Paradise?”

What did Abu Darda lose? Dates? Bushes? Dirt? What did he gain? He gained a Jannah whose expanse is the heavens and the earth.

Abu Darda did not miss his opportunity, and I pray to Allah subhaanahu wa ta ‘aala that we do not miss our opportunity of standing to Allah on Laylatul Qadr.

Dear brothers and sisters, we do not obey, worship and revere Allah subhaanahu wa ta ‘aala in a way befitting of His Majesty.

Allah subhaanahu wa ta ‘aala revealed:

No just estimate have they made of Allah, such as is due to Him. On the Day of Resurrection the whole of the earth will be but His handful, and the heavens will be rolled up in His right hand. Glory to Him! High is He above the partners they attribute to Him (Az-Zumar 39/67).

When someone dies we say inna lillaahi wa inna ilayhi raaji’oon (Indeed to Allah we belong and indeed to Him we shall return). This is not a supplication just for when a soul is lost. It is a supplication for every calamity that befalls a believer, even if his sandal were to tear. Why? Because everything belongs to Allah subhaanahu wa ta ‘aala and everything shall come back to him. Sit and try to count the blessings Allah has bestowed upon you. Have you ever tried to count stars?

And He has given you all that you ask for. But if you count the favors of Allah, never will you be able to number them. Verily, man is given up to injustice and ingratitude (Ibrahim 14/34).

We have not understood the weight of this Qur’an that we rest on our high shelves; this noble book that was sent to give life to the dead. For even if our hearts were as solid as mountain they would have crumbled to the ground in fear and hope of Allah’s punishment and mercy. Could it be that our hearts are harder than that mountain?

Had We sent down this Qur’an on a mountain, verily, you would have seen it humble itself and split asunder in fear of Allah (Al-Hashr 59/21).

Dear brothers and sisters, as you fill the masajid for Qiyam-ul-Layl in the last ten nights of Ramadan, remember what Allah subhaanahu wa ta ‘aala wants you to know:

…that Allah is strict in punishment and that Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.

There shall be a night, some night in your life, that you shall awaken in Jannah or Hellfire. On his deathbed, Anas ibn Malik radi Allahu anhu prayed to Allah subhaanahu wa ta ‘aala, “O Allah, protect me from a night whose morning brings a journey to Hellfire.” Think about that morning.

Peace shall descend on Laylatul Qadr until the dawn. It may be that you shall leave the masjid after Fajr one day soon forgiven by Allah, Glorious and Most High.

'Dan org2 yg telah mengerjakan kejahatan, kemudian bertaubat dan beriman, nescaya setelah itu Tuhanmu Maha Pengampun,Maha Penyayang.' (al-a'raf: 153)

pss: inshaAllah there will be a sequel...i'll try to find tyme later to share with you guys =D

Bismillahirrahmanirrahim...
Assalamualaikum wbt...

(al-Ankabut; 2-3)

A very dear friend of mine ada beri ayat ini sblm ana fly thn lpas. Ntah la x sure ada kena mengena dgn entry kali ini.tp, ana suka la nk share. special thanks from the bottom of my heart for these motivational words =D

Sometimes,
Allah breaks our spirit to save our soul...
He breaks our heart to make us whole...
He sends us pain so we can be stronger...
He sends us failure so we can be humble...
He sends us illness so we can take care of ourselves.
Sometimes...
Allah takes away from us, so we can learn the value of everything He gave us.

Bismillahirrahmanirrahim... Assalamualaikum wbt...

Alhamdulillah...Alhamdulillah

Kem ni ade lagu tema. Tajuknye generasi harapan. seni kata lagu ni memiliki makna yg mendalam...jom kita hayati lagu nie

GENERASI HARAPAN

Di mana dicari pemuda Kahfi,
Terasing demi kebenaran hakiki,
Di mana jiwa pasukan Badar berani,
Menoreh nama mulia perkasa abadi,

Umat melolong di gelap malam,
Tiada pelita penyinar terang,
Penunjuk jalan kini membungkam,
Lalu kapankah fajarkan datang?

Mengapa kau patahkan pedangmu,
Hingga musuh mampu mengobor bentengmu,
Menjarah menindas dan menyiksa,
Dan kita hanya diam dan sekadar terpana,

Bangkitkan negeri lahirkan generasi,
Pemuda harapan tumbangkan kezaliman,

Wajah dunia Islam kini memburam,
Garapkan dengan darahmu,
Panji Islam telah lama terkulai,
Menanti bangkit kebalmu.

Drp chorus,
Di mana dicari pemuda Kahfi,
Terasing demi kebenaran hakiki,
Di mana jiwa pasukan Badar berani,
Menoreh nama mulia perkasa abadi,

pemuda kahfi dlm al-Quran(surah ke-18)...

"Ingatlah ketika pemuda2 itu berlindung ke dlm gua lalu mereka berdoa, "Ya Tuhan kami, Berikanlah rahmat kpd kami dari sisi-Mu dan sempurnakanlah petunjuk yg lurus bg kami dlm urusan kami." " (18:10)

"Maka Kami tutup telinga mereka di dlm gua itu, selama beberapa tahun." (18:11)

"kemudian Kami bangunkan mereka, agar Kami mengetahui manakah di antara kedua golongan itu yg lebih tepat dalam menghitung berapa lamanya mereka tinggal dalam gua itu." (18:12)

"Kami ceritakan kpdmu (Muhammad) kisah mereka dgn sebenarnya. Sesungguhnya mereka adlh pemuda2 yg beriman kpd Tuhan mereka, dan Kami tambahkan petunjuk kpd mereka." (18:13)

"dan Kami teguhkan hati mereka ketika mereka berdiri lalu mereka berkata, "Tuhan kami adlh Tuhan langit dan bumi; kami tidak menyeru tuhan selain Dia. Sungguh, kalau kami berbuat demikian, tentu kami telah mengucapkan perkataan yg sgt jauh drp kebenaran." " (18:14)

"Mereka itu kaum kami yg telah menjadikan tuhan2 (utk disembah) selain Dia. Mengapa mereka tidak mengemukakan alasan yg jelas(tentang kepercayaan mereka)? Maka siapakah yg lebih zalim drp org yg mengada2kan kebohongan terhadap Allah?" (18:15)

MashaAllah! pemuda2 yg dikenali sbg ashabul kahfi (kahfi=gua) ini mengasingkan diri mereka di dlm gua utk menyelamatkan iman mereka. Iman mereka yg teguh, yg hanya menyembah Tuhan yg Esa.

Menoreh nama mulia perkasa abadi,

Jika kita menyingkap sejarah zaman Rasulullah saw, perang pertama selepas Hijrah adlh perang Badar. 313 musimin menentang 1000 org kafir Quraisy. Bilangan yg sedikit tp mampu menewaskan bilangan tentera Quraisy yg berkali ganda byknya! Walaupun mereka hanya sedikit, tetapi, yg bilangan sedikit inilah yg benar2 mantap dan teguh imannya. Mereka sanggup berperang memerangi musuh yg sbnrnya terdiri drp sahabat handai dan kaum kerabat mereka di Mekah dahulu! Betapa beraninya mereka! Aqidah Islam dlm diri mereka jauh lebih kukuh dan mereka sanggup memerangi mereka yg mahu menghancurkan Islam tanpa rasa berbelah bahagi. SubhanaAllah! Allahuakbar!

Itulah kemenangan yg agung." (9:72)

Moga2 kita semua dilembutkan hati oleh Allah SWT utk menerima hidayah-Nya...

Wallahualam...
Segala yg baik dtg drp Allah dan yg buruk itu disandarkan atas kelemahan ana sendiri...
